Join me on the 2 hour ceremony - a combination of breathwork and shamanic ceremony. We will journey deep into the subconscious for this shamanic journey... to retrieve parts of you forgotten, uncover hidden gifts and understandings from the journey.... a gentle breathwork process followed by a guided visualisation journey. Lisa has travelled the world holding space and now is committed to supporting our local communities, to process life, trauma and emotions... to strengthen inner resolve, build emotional resiliance and healthy bodies on so many levels - this is the power of breathwork. A simple technique but powerful - to remove blocks, to process energies and step up your game.
