Service Description

Price based on 1 person - one to one x 3 sessions in person saves 50 pounds. A 2 hour journey diving deep into the subconscious using breathwork, breath/sound/movement to music in ceremonial atmosphere, to clear out stuck energy, a space to process emotions and make space for inner freedom and wholeness. Full explanation, guided supported journey with the option of bodywork, and sharing circle to close. If beyond first session - breathing space work will be added to the start of the session and homework may be given.
