If you have any medical issues, are pregnant or have trouble breathing - please check in with a trained facilitator or myself to see if this is suitable for you or if it can be altered for safety. Safety first and always going gently rather than pushing yourself out of your depth is always advised. Breathing can induce labour or trigger epilepsy or blood pressure problems so if in doubt please reach out.
