Service Description

A 1.5 hour private online session -- to drop into your body and feel what you went through. Using breathwork and space holding.... Often giving birth is not all we expected it to be.... Maybe things went a different way, maybe there were complications.... As part of my Doula training I have realised the importance of processing the birth story.... so that you are free to enjoy your baby, be present with what is and move forward with your life.
