Service Description
A 1.5 hour privately held session, to drop into your body and feel what you went through. Using breathwork and space holding.... Music and soft lighting... Often giving birth is not all we expected it to be.... Maybe things went a different way, maybe there were complications.... As part of my Doula training I have realised the importance of processing the birth story.... so that you are free to enjoy your baby, be present with what is and move forward with your life. Home visit can be arranged. Message for more info.
