Breath Ceremony is coming to our beautiful Wheatsheaf Hall Drumming event ~ To give us the opportunity for healing before a night of drumming. A combination of biodynamic breathwork & shamanic ceremony ~ A space to feel and process your story, transform your energy and alchemise your emotions, where we lay down for a breathwork journey using connected breathing and somatic processing.
