*** Change of date !!! To this fall // 2nd OCT !! Had a traumatic birth...? Need a safe space to process, integrate and make peace with what happened? A brand new 2 hour group session, to drop into your body and feel what you went through. Using breathwork and space holding.... Music and soft lighting... Often giving birth is not all we expected it to be.... Maybe things went a different way, maybe there were complications.... As part of my Doula training I have realised the importance of processing the birth story.... so that you are free to enjoy your baby, be present with what is and move forward with your life.
