Back at Yogasquad with our monthly ceremony ♡ A 2 hour journey diving deep into the subconscious using breathwork, breath/sound/movement to music in ceremonial atmosphere, to clear out stuck energy, a space to process emotions and make space for inner freedom and wholeness. Full explanation, guided supported journey with the option of bodywork, and sharing circle to close.
