We will begin with a cacao ceremony, where we will each take a cup of this beautiful heart healing medicine to sit with. We will set our intensions whilst consuming the medicine. This will give us an extra depth to the ceremony -- usually assists feeling and healing. Then the death ceremony will begin. I usually do this ceremony on halloween/samhain -- a time to let things die and be reborn. The death ceremony takes us through our last day alive, and will show us what is holding us back in our existing life. The results can often be deeply profound and life changing.
